Serenity and calm environments come to the kitchen in the form of neutral colors (white, gray) and colors that bring us closer to nature as green moss. Kitchens with wood finishes also earn points because they bring us closer to this illusion of living closer to sustainable and natural materials.
In this context, in addition to betting on natural colors, remove all kinds of accessories -including handles- They will help achieve this serene and minimalist kitchen effect. In this sense, the Kvik firm has decided to expand the Veda series, the most sustainable with a new version: Veda Touch. A kitchen in which all expendable elements have been eliminated, resulting in a pure and clean design design; timeless and minimalist.
in this model handles have been completely removed. Without grooves or fingernails that generate lines and spaces between fronts, this furniture opens with a “push” opening system. They are so easy to open that a gentle push with your fingers, knee or hip is enough to open them. Something very practical if you have “your hands in the dough”.
The functional handleless design gives a very interesting streamlined feel. Also, if after a few years of use you want to change the design of the kitchen, it will be enough to add some handles.
Kvik has four different handle styles for this kitchen including three lead-free brass pulls and several handles with sustainable Cradle2Cradle certification.
Continuing with the Danish firm’s commitment to sustainability, Veda Touch is made with a selection of recycled and carefully selected materialss, plus wood from certified sustainable forestry. This version is produced with up to 51% non-virgin materials and is up to 99% recyclable. The core of the fronts is made from recycled wood fiber (MDF), and the matte surface is a laminate made from recycled PET plastic bottles.
Veda Touch is available in five different colors and finishes inspired by Danish nature: white, light grey, moss green, dark oak and light oak and in this model even the plinth has the same colour.
PVP Veda Touch green by Kvik for the cover furniture (€2,689), which includes the cabinets, the plinth and the countertop. It does not include the sink, the faucet, the appliances, the lighting and the transport and assembly.
