This year, incMTYthe entrepreneurship festival promoted by the Tecnologico de Monterrey, successfully concluded its tenth anniversary. In this edition, the ecosystem of Mexico and Latin America interacted and developed opportunities through the face-to-face attendance of more than 5,000 people and another 5,000 more who will attend the event virtually. reaching 10 thousand people; more than 300 national and international speakers; 50 venture capital and corporate venture capital firms at the ‘Founders & Investors Summit and Corporate Innovation and Venturing Forum’; key actors from more than 20 countries representing the ‘five-fold helix’ (entrepreneurs, investors, academia, governments and IP) with 406 activities; and on-demand content hosted on the Whova app (available until December 9).
This year incMTY broke its own record by presenting and announcing more than 300 million dollars in venture capital investment. Likewise, new projects were presented by the Government of Nuevo León, the private initiative and renowned international companies, with more than 2.6 billion dollars in foreign direct investment.

Government of the State of Nuevo León and Invest Monterrey: 2,600 million dollars
Samuel García Sepúlveda announced this figure as part of the impact of foreign investment.
