The trailer for The Lord of the Rings series did not use CGI. We show you how the spectacular Amazon Prime Video preview was shot.
The other day, as we shared on our website, we were finally able to see The first trailer for the Lord of the Rings series for Amazon Prime Video. A first official preview that also revealed the title of the project: The Rings of Power. In it we check with illusion and hope the forging of those great rings before the One Ring was forged in the land of Mordor, under the tyrannical mandate of the Dark Lord Sauron. But how was this trailer made?
There was quite a bit of controversy and some complaints from certain users with this first trailer. They said that they had only used CGI and that this was bad news for the Lord of the Rings series on Amazon, which distorted the work of Peter Jackson in his unforgettable trilogy. However, the “making of” of the trailer has shown the opposite. It has revealed that all those “haters” were hating the advance for no reason.
I have read somewhere that the CGI of the intro of The Lord of the Rings is very bad. I present to you the CGI. https://t.co/tehoUycI2J pic.twitter.com/Juib2LpfaE

As well shared by our admired Juan Gomez-Jurado, one of the best Spanish writings of today, the trailer for the Lord of the Rings series was shot in this way. The images are beautiful and promise great care and a lot of audiovisual quality for the series. What do you think?
The series will narrate the most important events of the Second Age in the Tolkien Universe
Having revealed the mystery of the title, The Rings of Power promises to tell stories of the Second Age in which we will see practically all the important moments of that time in the Tolkien Universe. We really want to see how they have reproduced these events, key in the development of fantasy literature in the history of mankind. Hopefully it’s as worth it as it seems!
