Although not all, a large part of the brands that operate in the Spanish market have already announced their future plans for the complete transition to electric cars. This is the data we have at the moment.
The electric car is unstoppable and the brands are already working on strategic plans to partially or fully adapt their production to this trend.
While some like smart have already become electric and others like Tesla were born as such, we also find brands that do not have a clear agenda and are content to introduce zero-emission variants of their existing models or create electrified ranges that coexist with those with a combustion engine.
This is the case of Volkswagen with ID, Mercedes with EQ or Toyota with Beyond Zero, among others. Here we tell you everything about the plans that each brand has for the next few years.

BMW
The Bavarian brand is one of those that is less clear about switching completely to the electric car, even though it was one of the first to bet on this type of technology with the i3 in 2013.
