The objective is for workers to authenticate themselves and electronically sign their procedures and services to avoid fraud, identity theft and bad practices.
The Consar seeks that this requirement ensures the transition process so that electronic procedures can be done remotely.
The PIN will be a complement to the biometric signature and will be the way to certify that it is the worker who requests the procedure.
The Consar also establishes that now workers who request their pension, unemployment withdrawals or marriage aid must have a bank account so that deposits are made safely and more quickly.
