The game features realistic characters, mature themes, and fascinating choices as the protagonists’ past memories surface as players make choices that will affect the twins’ relationship, determining the strength of their bond and the direction of their lives.

At its launch in summer 2020, the developer of Tell Me Why explained that for them it was important to understand the transgender community, their struggle and what they live and go through since in the game they want to convey this message to all the players who play. During this month, it will be possible to download the title at no cost, since its usual price is usually €19.99.
