The remastered PSP port accompanied the release of Valkyrie Elysium at the end of the month.
Lovers of the Japanese action RPG genre will surely have the release of Valkyrie Elysium marked on their calendar, a game that will hit stores for PS4, PS5 and PC in just a few days, but unfortunately this release will not be accompanied by Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth. Square Enix has announced that the remastered port of this PSP game will have to wait until the end of the year.
It’s about a bonus content included in the Digital Deluxe edition of Valkyrie Elysium, game that does not change its release date. Simply, this addition will arrive later than originally planned.
Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth needs more development time
As announced by Square Enix through the game’s official Twitter account, it has been decided to delay the release of Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth due to the fact that the development team needs “more time to improve quality” of this remastered PSP port for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Will finally come December 22th of 2022.
Square Enix confirms that those who have pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition of Valkyrie Elysium will receive the base game and all other extra content during the official launch of the title, scheduled for the September 29thwhile they will have to wait until december to get this Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth. For free, of course.
