Thus, under the slogan # SíHayExpertas, Women Index, founded by Tania Pimentel in 2020, seeks to promote the creation of professional profiles for free on the platform to become a support and connection tool between women and the opportunities that boost their careers. . In addition, it has a mentoring and training model for professional growth.
Since the beta version of Women Index was launched in 2021, more than 5,000 women have registered and 150 professionals have been trained.
Any professional woman in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking countries can register on the Women Index platform. Those who also acquire a membership will be able to access a library of pre-recorded content on topics of leadership, negotiation, career planning, among others.
Membership will offer weekly live and online sessions; invitations to events in order to create support networks and a job bank with competitive salaries.
We still have a long way to go and we have to work for a common purpose, since this not only benefits women, but the whole of society; It is convenient for all of us to ensure that more women integrate into the labor market under equal conditions, since in this way we can increase the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Mexico by up to 800,000 million dollars, so it is a matter of wealth and general well-being.
