For about a month now, the Redmond folks have shown hints about the addition of some classic games to the PC Game Pass catalog. It all started when Quake 4 was confirmed to be coming to Windows PCs. Microsoft’s same goal with the fourth installment of Quake also kicked off a few weeks ago with Bethesda’s Wolfenstein 3D, The Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall, Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders, HeXen: Beyond Heretic, HeXen: Deathkings of the Dark Citadel, The Elder Scrolls: Arena, and Quake Champions. But this has not ended here, since it has now been discovered that several The Elder Scrolls games could be coming to PC Game Pass soon.
The games in question are An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire and The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard, which in the company of The Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall and The Elder Scrolls: Arena, it seems that they could be included in the PC catalog of the Microsoft subscription service. All of these installments are courtesy of Bethesda and Zenimax, and are coming to Windows PC, as confirmed via xboxwire. So there shouldn’t be any problem in the near future to see all these games in the extensive catalog of PC Game Pass.
These are some confirmed games that will come to Xbox Game Pass in August 2022
It would not be strange if these movements were a bridge to be able to add these classic Bethesda games to PC Game Pass, with the aim of having all the company’s titles in the different catalogs of the service. As you know, from SomosXbox we will keep you informed with any news in this regard.
