November 5 and 12: Grace
A British miniseries of two episodes based on the novels of Peter James. John Simm puts himself in the shoes of Roy Grace, a detective who is not going through his best work or personal moment. From November 2: Beyond the two infinite minutes
Nominated in the New Visions section of the Sitges Festival, it tells the story of how a cafeteria owner realizes that television can see the future, although only for 2 minutes. After the dissolution of the popular band The Smiths, several of their fans decide to storm a rock radio station, forcing its DJ to dedicate its entire broadcast to the popular alternative music band. The film is about the influence that music can have on the lives of young people who feel the songs composed by the band as their own.
