It is common for most mothers and fathers to choose to dress comfortably when taking their children to school, since the little ones do not want to wake up, get dressed or have breakfast, the least they think about is their clothing.
Whether out of laziness or to save time, there are those who wear their children to school in their pajamas, but apparently this UK school not only took notice, but required parents to dress appropriately for both the time to drop off the children at school as when they pick them up.
Charlotte Haylock, principal of Ayresome Primary School in England, posted a letter on Facebook in which she reminds parents that it is important for the school to maintain an image consistent with what the students are taught. Therefore, it is necessary that they do not come to the facilities in pajamas.
Wear appropriate clothing when accompanying your children to and from school. As a school, we encourage our children to dress appropriately at all times and believe it is important that parents do the same.
The requirement of the school arose because some parents usually wear pajamas, slippers and even a robe when leaving their children, there are even those who go to pick them up wearing the same outfit.
The publication has generated a controversial debate of divided opinions among parents. On the one hand, there are those who support the cause, because they find it somewhat shameful and pointless, since dressing properly is not something complicated.
They take the children to school in pajamas and return with the same clothes on. There is no excuse why you shouldn’t wash and dress every morning.

On the other hand, there were people who defended this habit, claiming that they are people who give priority to their children going to school, which is what really matters. Meanwhile, others mentioned that the school became very demanding in the face of the situation, since they are unaware of the circumstances families may be going through and that they should be less prejudiced.
If people want to wear pajamas to carry the kids, then they can, as long as the kids get to school, that’s what counts.

The debate to change this practice continues and it seems that it will not reach any conclusion. Meanwhile, we believe that although there are many parents who wear this type of clothing, what really matters is that the students attend and do not miss their classes. And what do you think?
