An Internet user identified as @abergezb shared on his Twitter account that he bought some wings at Sam’s Club and they contained a chicken head.
The tweeter shared the image of the fried chicken head and pointed “actually they are chicken wings”.
Although the consumer took this incident with the brand’s quality control of its products as a joke, He also complained to the American retail store for the poor experience he obtained with his product.

The Sam`s Club customer service account on Twitter responded to the tweeter’s post by writing: “Hi Abraham. We are sorry for this situation. We want to get in touch with you. Please send us your Membership number, telephone, Club where you visited us and more details to [email protected] We will be on the lookout for your information”.
This only reflects the opinion of the consumer and the conversation it generates in the digital pulse, so Merca 2.0 requested the position of the brand in order to tell both sides of the story; however, so far it has not been received. The note will be updated in case of a response.
