The news recently circulated on social networks that residents of the municipality of Atizapán de Zaragoza, in the State of Mexico, sighted a dinosaur in the Madín dam.
This happened on March 19, 2023, when the locals claimed to have seen ‘something enormous and strange’ in the dam; situation that was communicated to the municipal authorities.
It is worth mentioning that many people in the area believe that a creature lives at the bottom of the dam that protects it.

Subsequently, on the official page of the Atizapán de Zaragoza city council on Facebook, a photograph was published showing a circle and in the center ‘a large silhouette’.
Later, the municipal government wrote on its social networks:
Neighbors from the area surrounding the #Madín Dam reported the sighting of a large silhouette in the depths of the aquatic body. This fact adds to comments from #atizapenses who claim that a dinosaur dedicated to protecting the place lives at the bottom of the dam. At the request of the citizens, the Government of Atizapán from Zaragoza will patrol the surrounding area of the place to clear up the mystery”.
