BBVA customers reported on Twitter failures in the bank’s application, as well as in its ATMs.
According to the DownDetector website, the problems reported by users take place in mobile banking (53%), logging in with mobile (27%) and ATMs (20%), while the fault reporting areas are in the CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey.
Meanwhile, BBVA said that it does show intermittences in its services and apologized to its clients for the inconvenience.
