The anniversary pokemon unite is approaching, and has released a new trailer for its first anniversary that reveals new game modes, new Holowear and plans to add six new Pokémon that will arrive over the next two months, since this first anniversary will be July 21 and on October 12th and the MOBA style game and they have big plans to celebrate it.
You see, Pokémon Unite confirmed that it would be adding three new Pokémon: Glaceon, buzzwole Y Tyranitarin the coming weeks, with even more Pokemon coming in September, plus the game will also add a cooperative Boss Rush mode that pits a team of players against a “Boss” jumbo-sized, as well as several new Holowear and Season Passes.
Glaceon will be the first Pokémon to be added to Pokémon Unite on July 21, so players can earn Glaceon for free by completing in-game quests and objectives, with Buzzwole following on August 4, while Tyranitar will arrive on August 16. August, plus three more Pokémon to be added starting in September.
Among the novelties is the mode Boss Rush, which is a PvE mode where players team up to defeat bosses. Players will earn rewards based on their squad’s overall score, with more rewards for higher scores. Boss Rush, like other new formats, is a limited time mode and will be available three times during the anniversary celebration.
Pokémon Unite will also add a new mechanic Boost Emblemwhich will add unspecified buffs or effects, then players can purchase Boost Emblems using energy, but it is unclear how the Boost Emblem will work or how players will use them.
So now, finally, players will be able to get five free Pokemon costumes and Holowear by logging into Pokemon Unite on consecutive days, and their players will get Pikachu, Lucario, Blastoise, Snorlax, and Sylveon by simply logging in on consecutive days between July 21 and October 12.
