Amazon Games New World continues to improve little by little and the update 1.0.4 of the MMO. This patch focuses on fixing some of the most troublesome bugs in the game right now, but it has also brought back two important features: reactivate transfers character between servers and the Outpost assault.
In a new post on the game’s official page, Amazon Games has explained the settings for New World patch 1.0.4. Most importantly, the study is reactivating character transfers to go to another world and server. In Europe, if all goes well, they will be available from 11:00 p.m. today, October 28. They are starting first in America and will be activated again around the world at that time if they go well.
Will also be back the Outpost assault, one of the characteristics that Amazon hopes to balance the gaming economy with at the highest levels. In Spain it will be available again from 04:00 am tomorrow, October 29, although the study has already explained that the schedules can suffer variations if something fails.
Long list of bug fixes
The update fixes a long list of bugs of all kinds, but we focus on a few that are especially striking. Amazon has named “speculative corrections” to a series of adjustments that it has made for some problems that the MMO had but that the study will monitor. That is to say, they are not final, because if the drawbacks persist, further adjustments will be made.
- Fixed a vulnerability that allowed players to capture rally points without receiving damageor in wars, making use of area magics. This change, coupled with adjustments to the staff of life and war performance, should be enough to fix it.
- Amazon Games has again fixed bugs that were causing players to invulnerable, after fixing the invincibility exploit. This issue is a “top priority” for the studio, which continues to monitor the situation.
- Additionally, the studio has fixed a bug that caused some players to they will get stuck when leaving the Outpost Assault. Amazon says that it has not been able to reproduce the bug and will keep an eye on it, because it seems that it is not clear if it is fixed.
The update weighs 123.5 MB, as Steam tells me, and you can download it now. The game continues to be one of the most played games every day on Valve’s platform and is also now available on Nvidia GeForce Now, the cloud gaming service.
