Has your Android mobile been blocked and is not responding? This is something that can happen on any Android device on the market, even in the high-end of 1,000 euros. The system crashes and sometimes does not respond to anything you do. There does not have to be an internal failure in the device, it may be a series of factors that have occurred and that will hardly be repeated. If your mobile is blocked and does not respond, we will tell you what you should do to continue using it normally.
The mobile does not respond and is on
If your mobile has suddenly locked and you cannot do anything with it, there are several solutions you can implement. At the moment the screen is on and it does not respond to any touch on it or reacts to buttons. There are two things you can do:
Remove the battery and put it back
If your mobile has a removable battery, the quickest solution is to remove it and reinsert it. It is not the most advisable thing, but nothing will happen because you do it from time to time. Once you have inserted the battery again, turn on the device normally and you can use it.
Press the Power / Lock Button for 30 seconds
You may have tried pressing the power button for a few seconds and the mobile does not turn off. All Android phones have a system to make the device turn off with a very long press on the lock button. You must press this button for at least 30 seconds. If you see that it takes 20 seconds and the terminal shuts down, stop pressing it.
If your device has been blocked and was turned on, it is very likely that one of these two tricks will solve it and work normally again. Don’t worry if you’re short on time, this bug doesn’t mean it’s broken. Some application may have caused this event that may never happen again.
The mobile does not respond and is off
If your device has turned off and is not responding to anything, you may have a bigger problem. If the mobile is turned off, the problem may be inside and not a software problem . Our recommendation is that you try to turn it on normally and if there is no response, press the power button for 30 seconds.
Does this still not make the terminal respond? Put it to charge for a long time and try again. If the device still shows no signs of life, some internal component may be broken and damaged.
The best thing in this case is that you talk to the brand and manage the warranty of the device . If you do not have a warranty, you should go to a repair service to get a quote. It’s hard to know what went wrong without opening the device.
These are our tips when your mobile is locked and does not respond to any action. They are not definitive, but if your mobile is turned on, you can solve the block almost safely.
Have you managed to unlock the device? Has the problem gone further?
