M: YES has announced the arrival to its catalog of a new high-end monitor focused on users looking for a model to work from home in which to perform office automation tasks, edit videos, images and play occasionally.
Is he Summit MS321UP, a device with an elegant design and ultra-thin bezels that offers a 10-bit IPS panel (8 bits + FRC), 32 inches and 4K resolution (3840×2160) reaching 136% of the sRGB color standard and 95% of the DCI-P3.
The display offers a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a modest response time of 4 ms (GTG), although it does have an above-average brightness capable of reaching the 400 nits in typical values and up to 600 nits in peaks of high dynamic range, having the certification VESA DisplayHDR 600.
Apart from these basic specifications, the monitor has a series of extras that promise to make it easier to use, especially if we spend many hours a day in front of it. For example, a SD card reader in case we are to edit photos and videos frequently, but it also comes with a special software called MSI PI App with special functions such as True Color feature, KVM, Smart Brightness & Color Temperature or Active Noise Cancellation that are activated directly from the keyboard.
It also comes with the TÜV certification anti-flicker and for low levels of blue light and with an ergonomic stand that can rotate, raise and tilt until we find the most comfortable position for us. In addition, the color profiles that we configure and calibrate are saved directly on the monitor so that they are always available on any PC that we connect to it.
Regarding connectivity, we have a DiplayPort 1.2 input, two HDMI 2.0b ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C connector, three more Type-A, one Type-B, microphone input and headphone output.
