This morning we have been telling you that Motorola will bet on the 90 Hz screens in its next releases, in addition to being able to see the first real images of a terminal with cascading screen. Something we saw a couple of weeks ago arrived at our head, the name of a future signature phone: Motorola Edge +, which we already predict would arrive with a cascading screen. Well, since XDA Developers have confirmed our suspicions, in addition to bringing us its internal characteristics and communicate that it will not come alone.
This Motorola Edge + will also be one of the first two phones of the brand that will arrive with native 5G connectivity. We say this because, with a Moto Mod, this connectivity can already be achieved in some terminals. Specifically, we are facing two phones of two different ranges, one that points to the highest range and another to the highest of the midrange, as we can see by their characteristics.
Motorola Edge + and Motorola One 5G 2020
As we can read in XDA Developers, they have had early access to real images of this phone, which do not show you a cascading screen and that, ensure that Motorola’s internal documents specify it. Not calm with that, they have compared this curvature with the one we see in the Huawei Mate 30 Pro and the Vivo NEX 3 5G and it seems not to be so pronounced because unlike the other two models, the Motorola Edge + will have buttons physical volume
As they tell us, Motorola will launch two phones with 5G connectivity to the market, one for the mid-range and one for the high-end. According to the characteristics, it seems that we will be facing the same terminal, but with internal differences, such as the processor and possibly the cameras, but they share key aspects. The internal names for these phones are Racer and Burton (the first mid-range and the second high-end).
Next, we will leave you the known characteristics for each of them and the expected name of each one:
