The launch of Motorola smartphones seems to be endless, and now the Moto G Fast and Moto E, “new” smartphones focused on the entry-level range, are arriving. However, the detail is that they are already existing smartphones renowned for the United States and Canada.
The Moto G Fast is the equivalent of the Moto G8, while the Moto E is basically the Moto E6s, both models that recently arrived in Mexico. However, there are a few minor differences worth keeping in mind, the full list of specs for both smartphones is as follows:
MOTO G FAST | MOTO E | |

Motorola says goodbye to the nomenclature with numbers for the American market, something already seen with the Moto G Power and Moto G Stylus, and so the Moto G Fast is a Moto G8 with less RAM and storage. In contrast, the Moto E changes its chipset, slightly grows its screen and battery, but maintains the memories and cameras of the Moto E6s.
The Moto G Fast and Moto E will be available in the United States and Canada this June with operators, department stores (BestBuy, B&H, among others) and Motorola’s online store. As we already mentioned, they are renowned models for these countries, of smartphones that are currently available in Mexico, and other regions, so it is unlikely that they will be distributed in other markets.
