Merca2.0 carried out an unparalleled edition of the National Digital Marketing Congress and this time the meeting took place at Expo Santa Fe, one of the most important venues for events where marketing strategies with brands and those responsible for taking them beyond the ordinary.
This year’s edition of the Congress is special, because it is the return of Merca2.0 to face-to-face events after the health contingency that contracted these events and various aspects of industries in general.
If we look at the figures from Salesforce, this platform shows which areas completely changed due to the health contingency and we find that the organizational challenges were the ones that most suffered the effects, with an impact of 47 percent; while workplace strategies received an impact of 48 percent.
