During 2021, the MásMóvil Group has increased its coverage in its fiber optic network by more than 1 million homes, reaching 27 million homes at the end of last year. In addition, it has been very successful in marketing its converged services leading the growth of the market uninterruptedly over the last few years. A fiber optic network that provides its convergent services through its main brands: Yoigo, MásMóvil, Pepephone, Llamaya, Euskaltel, R, Guuk and, soon, Telecable.
Committed to bringing the Internet to the rural environment
As part of its commitment to bring the Internet to rural areas and emptied Spain, MásMóvil has deployed nearly 1.9 million homes with fiber optics in towns with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants in 800 Spanish municipalities. In this way, it demonstrates its commitment to converting Internet a universal right for all.
Near 14.2 million of marketable households by the group correspond to its own fiber network which has made an investment effort to equip itself with the best own networks, both fiber and mobile, accumulating an investment in the last five years of more than 3,000 million euros in these infrastructures (including Euskaltel) and in the corresponding equipment of the customers.
Deployment of fiber from MásMóvil
Its deployment is based on efficiency and the creation of sustainable wealth. That is why it channels its investment effort into complementary infrastructures that create value and reduce the digital divide and inequality between the different territories.

On the other hand, there are already more than 3 million customers those who enjoy the broadband services of MásMóvil. 65% more than the previous year, of which 97% are fiber optic or cable. In addition, MásMóvil is also committed to the environment and in 2020 it reached the zero net carbon emissions becoming the first telecommunications operator in Europe to achieve this achievement.
