Marvel has made Daredevil official as part of the MCU, thanks to an update to the Man Without Fear biography on the official House of Ideas site.
A pleasant surprise was the appearance of actor Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock in Spider-Man: No Way Home, within the MCU, although some fans doubted if this version was a variant or the same one that was presented in the three seasons of the Daredevil series. , something that Marvel has given an official response.

In the biography of Daredevil that appears on the official Marvel website, there is a paragraph that makes the incorporation of the Man Without Fear official in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
“Sometime later, Matt was hired as a lawyer to defend Peter Parker, as Peter had been publicly denounced as Spider-Man and charged with Mysterio’s murder. Although Peter was legally cleared of any wrongdoing, Matt warned him that he would still have to face the court of public opinion and advised Harold “Happy” Hogan to hire a good lawyer.
These facts correspond to the scene where Charlie Cox reappears in Spider-Man: No Way Home
As if on cue, a protester threw a brick through the Parkers’ apartment window in support of Mysterio. Fortunately, due to his heightened senses, Matt was able to catch the brick before it hurt anyone inside. When asked by Peter how he was able to do that, Matt claimed it was because he was a very good lawyer and he left it at that.”
Comicbook reported that Marvel edited this paragraph from their site. But it’s inevitable that the Marvel Cinematic Universe officially welcomes Daredevil.
