Luis Donaldo Colosio Murrieta was the best average of his generation 1968 – 1972 and of the few graduates who focused their careers on the public sector. After finishing his degree, he dedicated himself to different activities related to the country’s agricultural sector, making evident some of the deficiencies suffered by families that depended on this primary activity.
In her constant search for improvement, fueled by a natural need to serve Mexico; in the year 1975 she made a Master in Rural Development and Urban Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He returned to Mexico in 1979 and was invited as an academic researcher by the Inter-American Institute for the Analysis of Applied Systems based in Vienna, Austria.
