The second season of Loki is a fact, and a source indicated that it could start recording next summer in the UK.
As confirmed at the end of the first series, the second season of Loki will arrive at some point, and that could be 2023 if it is true that its recording will be this summer.
According to a new Backstage entry, production is scheduled for this summer at Pinewood Studios in the UK. The cited source reads:
“The Marvel series starring Tom Hiddleston returns with a second installment. Following the mercurial villain as he continues his work as the God of Mischief, the action takes place across the Marvel Multiverse. The casting department is likely to once again be led by Sarah Finn and Krista Husar, with Jacqueline Gallagher, Gregory Korn and Lory Shaye. Filming begins this summer in Pinewood.”
While the information is confirmed, what is expected is that we will see Loki after the premiere of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, when Jonathan Majors makes his debut as the most evil version of Kang the Conqueror.
