iOS 15 has received its first and long-awaited update this weekend, which fixes some important problems, but there are still others pending.
We assume that it is inevitable because iPhone are increasingly complex, but in recent years we have seen a significant increase in bugs associated with the iOS operating system.
The first system update is always the most anticipated, since it usually fixes important problems that arise with the release of a new version of the system.
Apple released yesterday iOS 15.0.1 update, which despite being a minor update, as indicated by its numbering, fixes a major Apple Watch issue, and other things.
iOS 15 was launched about ten days ago, coinciding with the launch of the iPhone 13.
But right away users started reporting on the first failures. Some of them quite important, such as touch screen sensitivity glitches.
Other reported problems are that, under certain circumstances, mainly when the user wears a mask, Apple Watch cannot unlock iPhone 13.
This is precisely the main bug that the iOS 15.0.1 update fixes.
It is a problem that occurs mainly with the iPhone 13.
This is the full list of fixes confirmed by Apple for iOS 15.0.1:
- Correction of the problem that prevented some iPhone 13 users from unlocking the mobile with the Apple Watch
- Fixes the bug that allowed Settings to incorrectly show that the device is full
- Prevents training measurements incorrectly skipping on Apple Watch, when using Fitness +
Unfortunately, other announced problems still need to be eliminated, such as the failures of some apps to use the refresh rate at 120 Hz on the iPhone 13 Pro.
To carry out this update, if it does not jump automatically, you simply have to access Settings, general and Software updates.
