With the new Hyundai Staria already on sale in Germany, it is the turn of the arrival of the purely commercial variant. The South Korean brand debuts the new Hyundai Staria-Load, a van with a futuristic look that offers ample interior space and cargo volume.
European brands such as Ford and those of the French PSA group dominate the commercial vehicle market in the Old Continent, a category in which manufacturers throw all their meat on the grill to suit transport professionals. Hyundai also joins with a new model that comes with important arguments to counter sales.
It’s about the new Hyundai Staria-Load, the paneled variant of the new minivan with a very futuristic design that is already on sale in Germany. Aesthetically, it does not abandon the most modern design, but it does present some details that make it simpler. For example, the grill is completely different, in this Staria-Load with a honeycomb mesh painted the same color as the bodywork that betrays the headlights more.

Even, the LED strip integrated in the bumper has been replaced by a decorative strip in glossy black. From behind, the pilots also abandon the sophisticated LED pixel technology arranged on the shoulders but do not reach the end of the roof.
The interior has also been redesigned with a more practical and simple approach. Hyundai’s new model maintains digital instrument cluster but reduce the size of the 8-inch infotainment system touch screen. In addition, the transmission tunnel has a conventional gear lever, as well as a battery of physical buttons to control different functions.
On sale, for now, in Australia, it is offered in different configurations, with two or five seats, two vertical rear doors with a compass opening and two sliding side doors that give access to an interior with a capacity for three europallets, with a maximum load volume of 4,935 liters, which is reduced to 2,890 liters in the five-seat variant. Mechanically, it is offered with a diesel engine, the 2.2 CRDi of 177 hp, with front-wheel drive and with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
