This error is common when there is a bad link between the Google account and the application. To solve problems related to authentication, you must delete the Google account that you have on the device.
To do this you must go to phone settings and click on the Google option. Once you click on ‘Manage your Google account’, then click on search and select delete account.
Once you finish this procedure, you can add your account again and the error should stop appearing.
Error retrieving information from server
This error occurs during an application download when Google’s servers cannot correctly connect to your account.
To solve this problem, delete your Google account, once you do, delete the Google play cache and add your account again and you should enter normally.
