Doctors were and are an essential part of an effective response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Professionals played critical roles in diagnosis, containment, and treatment. As well as a commitment to treatment despite increased personal risks. Which was and will continue to be essential to a successful public health response.
In fact, initially, when there was no clarity regarding the treatment of the coronavirus, many doctors used their experience and treated patients with drugs used for different diseases to cure them of the virus.
There was a time when doctors and people who worked in hospitals did not even have enough personal protective equipment, but they did not deviate from their duty and continued their service for the greater good of society.
During these difficult times, many physicians also began providing free online consultation services for those who could not afford treatment. Some people in this profession also went so far as to share videos about exercises and things that a person could do if they contracted the virus. Anything to stop this nightmare.
For all this and more HAPPY DOCTOR’S DAY!
