Today, Marc Spaganuolo has decided to make TikTok videos so that other people with incontinence know that they are not alone and can even laugh a little about their condition.
As well as showing the type of diapers he wears or his morning routine, the tiktoker also creates funny skits with his “baby” image.

The nerve damage suffered by Marc is degenerative and is called peripheral neuropathy, meaning your brain doesn’t receive signals every time your bladder and bowel are full, so the alert that you need to go to the bathroom never comes.
The first time he suffered from incontinence was when he was 15 years old, but he had to go through a variety of medical tests until he was diagnosed, at 25, at an age when dating was starting to get complicated.
“It started with peeing on the bed. I tried to hide it and blamed my dog at first. My dog was elderly, so I got away with it for a few months.”
Currently, in search of love, the young man has tried to be more open and honest with each woman he meets, although his condition makes them “open and understanding” about it, but none is willing to try to go out with him.
“I believe in being honest about it. I feel like those terminologies created a split in my mind and prevented me from dealing with it. It’s a diaper, let’s face it“.
“It was a decade-long process of telling people here and there. It was difficult to define a specific point that I had confidence in, but I want people to feel safe talking about it.”
For Marc, his greatest sign of security and self-esteem was when he created the TikTok account, under the alias “The Diaper Dynamo”, where it already accumulates more than 526 thousand likes and about 44 thousand followers.
