A regular at a Chinese restaurant in Queens has been arrested for breaking into and breaking windows.
The suspect allegedly refused to wear pants hours before the incident, which led to his being kicked out of the restaurant.
Neighbors say that crimes against the Asian community in the United States have increased in recent years.
A customer from a local in the United States was kicked out of the restaurant for refusing to wear pants, but soon after, he came back to break the windows of the restaurant.
Despite this incident, the owners of the premises assured that they would not file charges against him, since they assure that the aggressor could suffer from some kind of psychological disorder that motivates him to carry out violent acts if he does not take his medications. For now, it is unknown if he has already been released.

A Chinese restaurant in Queens was ripped apart by a regular ‘customer’ of the establishment who had been kicked out of the establishment hours earlier for allegedly refusing to wear pants.
According to this, the man returned to 4 Choices & A Soup on Roosevelt Avenue wielding a hammer, all this around 4:40 p.m. The client, enraged, broke the glass doors and windows that surrounded the food bar, this as mentioned by the owner of the premises and according to the images presented by the cameras restaurant security.
“He has been to our store many times. I asked my workers and they said that she had been there before without pants, which was just disgusting. So we told him to get out, ”said the owner of the premises. He also added that this was not the first time he had caused an altercation at the premises.
“He usually urinates in front of the store, other days he just decides not to wear clothes”commented to an American media.
The suspect was caught on security camera wearing a red shirt. Upon entering the premises, he is seen swinging his hammer and abruptly storms the New York establishment, causing widespread destruction and piles of broken glass in his wake.
“Everybody knows that they have a mental problem, so most of the time… we take care of it immediately”said the owner of the Chinese food business. “We don’t wait too long to get you your food”.

Following the altercation, it was revealed that the suspect was immediately arrested. Despite his outburst, the owner commented to the local media that he suspected that the man usually does not take his medication, noting that he possibly needs and constantly seeks psychiatric help.
“We believe that if you take your medication it is very normal. Sometimes he just walks in and says ‘hello’ to us. We don’t want you to go to jail if you have mental problems, because sometimes patients with mental illnesses cannot control themselves.”
This incident came just one day after another man was arrested for taking the life of a Chinese food delivery man in the same district of New Yorkpresumably in the middle of a strong increase in the number of hate crimes against people of Asian descent in the US
Finally, the owner of the premises assured that he has been in the Queens district for more than 18 years, and mentioned that he had never experienced anything like this.
