The explanation is going to be short so, if you have the three ingredients at hand, you can get down to business in less than a whistle. To make this brownie we need a bowl in which to pour the cocoa cream with hazelnuts.
To the cream we add the eggs and beat well until there are no traces of the latter. We don’t need anything more than a fork, but if we have some rods and we want to use them, all the better. To this mass we add the wheat flour and stir again until homogenized.
We grease a mold for tartlets or cupcakes and distribute the dough between its cavities, without reaching the edge. Despite not having an impeller, the dough rises slightly and we don’t want it to overflow. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for 10-15 minutes, depending on taste.. Remove and let cool before unmolding.
needless to say this amazing three-ingredient brownie is to be eaten at any time of the day, although the most appropriate is the snack. A very cold glass of milk for the little ones and a coffee or tea for the adults and enjoy this treat!
