Full-Time Schools program closes
Organizations such as Mexicanos Primero, Reinserta and Red por los Derechos de la Infancia criticized the decision of the Ministry of Public Education to cancel the Full Time Schools program.
Delfina Gómez, head of the SEP, said on Tuesday that when evaluating the schools, it was determined to give priority to those that need resources to guarantee a safe return to the campuses.
Banxico sees less growth in 2022
The Bank of Mexico cut its growth expectation for the Mexican economy this year to 2.4 percent. His previous forecast was 3.2 percent.
