Mayor Sandra Cuevas will be prosecuted in freedom
Sandra Cuevas, mayor of Cuauhtémoc, in Mexico City, was linked to the process for the crimes of theft, abuse of authority and discrimination.
The control judge maintained the suspension of the position for the duration of the process, the prohibition to leave the country, approach the victims and assist the Precautionary Measures Unit to sign every two months.
