Although to train you don’t need much more than our body and comfortable clothes, the reality is that many elements can make our task easier in the gym as well as our comfort. That’s why we show you everything you need to carry in your backpack for your first day at the gym.
What we recommend to include in your backpack to train
To facilitate the task of training and accompanying our movement correctly, we recommend including in our gym backpack a towel to dry our sweat when necessary and a bottle with water key to proper hydration at all times.
We also recommend bringing gloves to facilitate the grip of high weights and avoid the formation of calluses in our hands. Also, it may be useful to carry tissues and some snack to replenish energy quickly, in case we need it.
Similarly, it may be useful to carry a change of clothes to change and so, leave the gym dry. And if we want to take a shower after finishing the training, it will also be essential to bring a shampoo soap and other personal hygiene items to this end.
On the other hand, music can be a great company while we train, for which we recommend bringing headphones and mobile or some other portable device that allows us to play music, being also useful the use of a pulsometer while we are in the gym.
