Likewise, they consider that the incentives provided by their employers, in addition to the Christmas bonus, are a great source of motivation to continue working towards their objectives, as claimed by 34% of those surveyed. For 33%, a year-end incentive arouses appreciation and commitment to their company; while the remaining 33% consider that this makes them feel valued and recognized for their work.
“It is no accident that workers prefer an electronic wallet. It is a tool that allows them to make purchases in various establishments, without leaving home and safely in a season where Christmas shopping can become a challenge ”, says Adrián Fernández, Commercial Director of Up Sí Vale.
Regarding the preferred shopping channels, the digital channel stands out, which is beginning to position itself among workers as a good alternative to make their seasonal purchases, since 32% say that if they received an electronic wallet they would use it for online purchases; while 68% still consider that they would use it in physical stores.
Why has mental health become relevant?
A report by Gartner and entitled Reimagine HR indicates that another trend that has been on the rise is the opening of human resources areas focused on the mental health of its employees and that beyond reviewing that their experience within the company whatever they want, they are also focusing on a better quality of life, outside of the office.
According to the analysis firm, 23% of employees want tools to have better mental health and 17% are concerned about having better physical health. Additionally, organizations that offer employees flexibility about when, where and how long they work see 55% of their workforce as high performers.
It also stands out that 23% of employees consider it a good benefit to have a subscription to a portal from their company, where they can have therapy sessions, access to psychologists or subscriptions to meditate from home.
