A few days ago, the Colombian influencer known as Pautips published a video on her YouTube channel that has generated a stir of controversy on social networks. The controversy revolves around the fact that the influencer talks about her religious opinion of what Eating Disorders are for her.
As expected, other influencers have reacted in different ways about Pautips’ controversial video. One of them is the internist Octavio Arroyo, better known as Mr Doctor, who has posted a video on his YouTube channel to answer for the great irresponsibility that the Colombian influencer had for the comments about Eating Disorders in his video.
“Bulimia is a deception of Satan which we think that through vomiting or laxatives we free ourselves from guilt, we free ourselves from thoughts, emotions, resentment, anger, problems and that through vomiting we are clean”, This is how Pautips defined a disease like bulimia.
The doctor, in addition to analyzing the controversial video, contextualizes his audience with other of the setbacks that the influencer has had in terms of health, such as mentioning that cancer patients develop thanks to mismanagement of emotions. In addition to demeriting people who suffer from depression.
Throughout the video, the specialist doctor tries to raise awareness in his viewers so that they do not fall for the influencer’s statements where he attributes diseases such as bulimia to demons or entities of the Christian religion, which Pautips practices.
