The organizing committee of the Blockchain Summit LatAm, the Latin American event that will take place in Panama between July 6 and 8, announced the official list of the selected digital artists that will participate in the art exhibition that will be exhibited in the sixth edition of the event.
As announced by the organizers of the eventthe selection was made from the application of more than 75 artists who were made since April, of 11 different nationalities.
After a difficult evaluation process, 38 artists from Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Chile, Guatemala, Ecuador, Mexico, Venezuela and Panama were selected.
The founder and CEO of Dots & Tech, Clementina Girtaldo comments in this regard that:
“The high participation of artists in the call has been extraordinary and we are very enthusiastic about the possibility of creating a space for meeting and exchanging experiences, of more than 30 artists, of 11 different nationalities, to continue connecting art and technology. the region with the world” indicated the Founder & CEO of Dots & Tech.
In the sixth edition of the Latin American event on the crypto ecosystem, participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops focused on those artists who want to learn how to create their digital arts through the use of NFTs and blockchain technology, as well as participate in conversation panels where they will learn how this technological trend that is causing an impact on the global art market has been delved into.
The Panama Convention Center will be the meeting point where the special exhibition of NFT artists from Latin America will be exhibited within the framework of the Blockchain Summit Latam, from July 6 to 8.
The director of the crypto event, Cristobal Pereira stated that:
“What excites us most is being able to provide a space so that the new generation of artists can show their art and that this excites hundreds of other artists to see, learn and visualize the opportunities that this technology offers us Latin Americans to change our lives” said Pereira, director of the Blockchain Summit LatAm.
