If we talk about the result of written face-to-face theory exam on a sheet of paper or practical carried out with the driving school car -in which you had to prove to the examiner that you were fit to drive and, therefore, obtain the permit-, the notes are made available to the examinees the day after the exam, also from 5:00 p.m. :00 hours.

If, for whatever reason – a computer or administrative error, for example – your note does not appear, then it is best to consult your driving school so that they report the problem to the DGT.

Where can I check my driving test score?
You have three options to consult the notes of the theoretical and practical exam, thus knowing if you have passed or failed. They are the following:
- By Internet: on the DGT websiteproviding your personal information, the date of the exam and the type of permit for which you have been examined.
- From the miDGT app: In this mobile application you can also check the results of your exams. Even check the rate you need to pay and do it.
- In person: in this case you must go to the driving school or to any Traffic Headquarters or Provincial Office. Of course, in the latter case you must request an appointment online or by calling 060.
How much does it cost and who can consult the notes of the DGT exams
The consultation service is completely gratuitous and the query can be made by anyone who has taken the theoretical or practical test in the last 15 days.
You’ve passed, when can you drive?
Once you have consulted the note of your practical test and you are fit to drive, you can drive with a provisional permit or proof issued at the driving school, which is an official and approved model.
This permit is valid for three monthss, period during which you should receive the final permit at your home, generally within a maximum period of 45 days.
The supporting document or provisional permit is limited to allowing driving only in the national territory. In other words, you cannot drive outside of Spain while you do not have the definitive permit.
If you do not receive the final document within the usual period, explain the situation with the driving school or with the DGT itself before the validity period of the provisional receipt expires.
