Nomura revealed that his team was unsure what to call the project. Although the new game Crisis Core has many improvements that are clearly visible, Nomura explained how the developers were undecided as to whether it was a real remake, since the story doesn’t change. Apparently, that’s why it’s advertised as “Meeting” in its official title. According to Nomura, the game is more complete than remasters usually arebut it is not a total new version either.
