How to learn more? We show you the most efficient ways in which people retain information, digitization being a strong ally.
The Education is of vital importance so that the population has the basic knowledge necessary for its development of life in different stagesstarting first with the most basic level where we learn a little about the structure of language, creativity and mathematics to later raise the level of complexity and gradually enter a more advanced and even professional level, with studies being a strong determinant ( compared to some exceptions) to decipher the employment and economic future of a person.
Even though there are so many public and private institutions to make education a realitypeople from all over the world still have difficulties accessing this, being a considerable problem considering that we live in a world where there is an increasingly demanding world of work.
Particularly speaking of education in Mexico, information from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) shows that only 12 percent of people between the ages of 55 and 64 have had access to a university educationwhile only 23 percent of 25-34 year olds have had this opportunity.
Despite this, those who have had the fortune to study have seen one factor in common, “ambiguous” education methods, where classes with a teacher, a blackboard and books have been strong allies for hundreds of years in last; however, digitization has completely changed the landscape of current education, managing to locate a new ally in the educational training of the next generations.
We have an example of this with the educational content used more and more by schools, where the interactivity through digital learning platforms, the use of graphics, sounds, multimedia content and other elements achieved thanks to the development of technology are positioned as highly attractive to promote education in a more receptive way.
Likewise, these new educational bets were of great importance during the pandemic, allowing millions of students around the world to attend their classes virtually through the online educational system that offered a striking solution to reduce the risk of contagion by covid.
According to information from Statista on the Percentage of university students enrolled in face-to-face programs with online classes before and after the confinement due to the Covid-19 pandemicbefore it was only 15 percent of students who took online classes, while during the pandemic this figure came to represent 82 percent, with online education being a strong ally.
Such has been the reception of online education that Statista chose to carry out a survey putting the future of education on the table, making a sample population doubt how they thought the higher education in the country five years in the futurewhere 13 percent of Mexicans mentioned that this would be completely online and 63 percent of them think it would be both online and face-to-face, demonstrating that digitization could be the next step in the educational field that could solve the doubt about how to learn more.
