We agree that one of the most fun ways to play Diablo is through Seasons, so the first one is planned to be available shortly after launch. A dedicated group is counted on to provide up to four Seasons per year, each with great new features, quest lines, enemies, legendary items, and more.
The Seasons of Diablo IV are modeled after those of Diablo III. When a new season begins, all characters from the previous season are moved to the Eternal Realm, where they can continue playing, leveling up, and collecting loot.
