The film will also tell the story of the rise and fall of the technology company. The film does not yet have a release date.but according to reports from the American media, its production has already ended, and it could arrive sooner than expected.
According to these reports, the film’s script was adapted from best-seller from 2015 “Losing the Signal: The Untold Story Behind the Extraordinary Rise and Spectacular Fall of BlackBerry” by Jacquie McNish and Sean Silcoff, reporters for the Canadian newspaper The Globe and Mail.
Other relevant information is that the production company XYZ Films, which co-financed the film, will present the project to possible buyers at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), looking for distributors for the international market.
