Earlier this year we witnessed a 19-year-old get into a dispute with Elon Musk after developing a tracker of the billionaire’s plane flights, then we saw him go after other big-name characters.
Just as Jack Sweeney reports on the flights of the Tesla CEO, there are other accounts tracking other billionaires.
In this sense, Bernard Arnault owner of the French conglomerate LVMH which comprises 76 brands, decided it was time to put a stop to the tracking of his private jet and sold it so as not to be found.
In a tweet on September 10, one of the Twitter accounts that follows the flights of the third richest man in the world according to Bloomberg I posted a message that said:
The LVMH private jet has not been registered in France since September 1, 2022.
Still no word from Bernard Arnault or LVMH on the subject of private jets.
So Bernard, are we hiding?
The LVMH private jet was not registered in France after September 1, 2022.
Toujours aucun mot de Bernard Arnault ni de LVMH sur le sujet des jets privés.

The LVMH owner’s flights were tracked by two Twitter accounts known by the names @i_fly_Bernard and @laviondebernard and together they have around 105.2K followers. Their objective was to demonstrate the CO2 emissions of said trips.

“Indeed, with all these stories, the group had a plane and we sold it… The result now is that nobody can see where I am going because now I rent when I use private planes,” Arnault said in Radio Classiquehalf owned by LVMH, according to a report by Fortune.
Today Bernard Arnault has a net worth of 137 billion dollars and is in third position in the Bloomberg Billionaires Index below the founder of amazon Jeff Bezos.
