Check out Chris Hemsworth’s training routine to become Thor, in which your body weight is all you need to shape your muscles
Although daily activities are beginning to pick up their pace after the Covid pandemic (which we are not yet out of), there is no doubt that exercising is something that we must take into account and not only in confinement, which is why Chris Hemsworth, the protagonist of Thor: Love and Thunder has a training routine in which your own body is your working instrument.

It should be clarified that these exercises must be performed to the extent that you can yourself, since if you do the exercises wrong, injuries may be the order of the day. Rome was not built in a day and your own body will be the one that takes you to the goal.
Consider that to start doing this routine, you will have to modify your diet, start by reducing the consumption of sugar, flour, fried foods and foods with animal fats, start by moderating and reducing your consumption.

Exercise 9- Plank Jack and push-ups: 30 seconds

Repeat the entire circuit up to four times, although it is recommended to start little by little to condition the muscles of your body.
