Apple’s new children’s and family series will premiere between September and October.
Big news is coming for the little ones in the house, in order to soften the return to school, Apple has planned the premiere of three fun children’s and family series in autumn for Apple TV.
The three shows that Apple is preparing to broadcast on its streaming audiovisual content platform will be called: Puppy Place, Wolfboy and Everything Factory and Get Rolling With Otis.
As reported in Variety popular actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s ‘Wolfboy and the Everything Factory’ series (‘Cosas de Marcianos’, ‘Looper’, ‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For’) will premiere on the day 24th September, while ‘Get Rolling With Otis’ will premiere on the day October 8th and ‘Puppy Place’ will make it the day October 15th.
What are the new Apple TV + children’s series about?
‘Wolfboy and the Everything Factory’
The adventure series featuring Joseph Gordon-Levitt was created by Toff Mazery and Edward Jesse. The companies in charge of the production of ‘Wolfboy and the Everything Factory’ will be HitRecord and Bento Box Entertainment, along with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Michael Ryan, who are also producers of the series.
The story will tell us the life of an eccentric dreamer named Wolfboy as he discovers a strange hidden Kingdom in the center of planet Earth, where some fantastic beings called Sprytes create all kinds of things for the natural world on the surface, hence the title “The Everything Factory ».
According to what they tell us from Variety, the series ‘Wolfboy and the Everything Factory’ will premiere on September 24 and will consist of 10 episodes in its first season, so we will have to be attentive to take a look.
‘Get Rolling With Otis’
This animated children’s series will follow the adventures of a cute tractor named Otis. It is based on the Penguin Random House books.
‘Get Rolling With Otis’ has been produced by 9 Story Media Group and Brown Bag Media Films. The executive producers are Vince Commiso, Wendy Harris, Loren Long, Darragh O’Connell, Angela C. Santomero and Jane Starz.
As we previously indicated, ‘Get Rolling With Otis’ will premiere on Apple TV + on October 8, 2021.
‘Puppy Place’
Finally, the third children’s series that Apple will premiere on its Apple TV + platform will be a live-action series that will tell the story of two brothers named Charles and Lizzie Peterson who are very dog lovers.
‘Puppy Place’ is a series inspired by Scholastic Entertainment books. Producers are Iole Lucchese, Caitlin Friedman, and Jef Kaminsky, along with Andrew Green, Linda Mathious, Heather MacGillvray, Vincent Brown, and Ari Posner.
Apple will broadcast ‘Puppy Place’ on October 15 on Apple TV +.
Other releases of Apple TV +
Among other novelties of Apple’s streaming content services we find the arrival of a new season of ‘Carpool Karaoke’, since the company of the logo of the bitten apple renewed it very recently.
On the other hand, Apple also got the rights to the movie ‘Argylle’ and has renewed the series ‘Physical’ for a second season.
