Apple raises one of its most affordable headphones!
When it was an issue that was believed to be overcome, the limitations of certain components in the technology sector, again affect Apple, or rather its customers. This week, the company has updated the price of Beats Flex headphones from 49.95 to 69.95 euros.
In accordance with MacRumors, the considerable increase in headphones would be related to the limitations in the supply chain and consequently, the increase in the price of the components.
Apple increases the price of the Beats Flex
The Beats Flex are a continuation of the BeatsX and feature an in-ear design with a cable between the left and right headphones. While it is not Apple’s most famous headphones, Beats Flex were quite a popular purchase option, precisely due to the price-quality ratio.
But when it comes to assuming the impact of the increase in components, Apple has chosen to increase one of its highly accessible products. And, compared to other devices, the Beats Flex are still a very affordable option to enter the ecosystem of headphones, which Apple describes as:
“(an option with) Less charge. More flexibility. The Beats Flex have up to 12 hours of audio playback for the whole day. If you need to squeeze the battery a little more, the Fast Fuel charging mode gives you 1.5 hours of playback with just 10 minutes of charging when battery is low. “
In addition to their comfortable design, they are available in Black, Flame Blue, Yuzu Yellow and Smoke Gray, and offer much of the same seamless connectivity functionality available with more expensive Beats options from Apple. Although in view of the increase, some of the best and cheapest wireless touch earbuds are also worth considering.
