According to a survey carried out by the Mexican Association of Online Sales (AMVO), Seven out of 10 Mexicans prepare their wallets to take advantage of the promotions of this period and make purchases with an average ticket of 5,000 pesos.

Currently, the company has more than 8,000 employees in the country, while in the MEX2 Shipping Center there are approximately 780. However, these numbers increase when there are events such as the Hot Sale, Good End, Black Friday or Prime Day. So, specific contracts are made to reinforce the activities due to such a great demand. They are about 25% more staff.
But, that’s not all, Janette Revuelta explains that they start enlisting a couple of months before. “We review our capacities on all fronts, that is, each of the areas delivers a preparation document for the season and thus study how many people we have, how many more are needed, as well as the supplies. Also, proposals are presented for special sales dates based on what was learned in the previous ones.
So in this way, an action plan is put together, by analyzing, establishing the best strategies to ensure successful execution.
