Under the name “Homes for all pockets”, Solvia has put this housing package with an average price of 791 euros/m2. The average price of these properties is 103,575 euros, with an average area of 131 m2. But there are also much cheaper homes in places like Almería (just over 76,000 euros) or in Toledo (just under 79,000 euros)
Homes for sale are all over the country, though Autonomous communities with more properties ready to be purchased they are the Valencian Community with more than 1100 houses, Catalonia, with 897 and Murcia, with 538 houses.
Between the Cheapest communities when buying a home Places such as Castilla La Mancha stand out, with an average price of 79,647 euros, or the Region of Murcia, with an average of 87,852 euros.
