For his part, Alessandro Mattiacci, Chairman of the Board of Directors, adds: “Last year we closed two important transactions: the acquisition of Innocv in Spain and the integration of Kreativa in the Balkans. These two operations, which bring the total number of deals closed in the first 10 years since Alkemy’s founding to 10, have reinforced, on the one hand, our presence in both regions, and, on the other, in relation to Innocv, our offer with a new process mining product that we have been able to offer from the outset to our customers worldwide.”

Luca Nan, CEO of Alkemy LATAM, comments that the main focus of the LATAM office’s growth plan, at an organic level, is the optimization of the Go To Market and Delivery of the company, to offer an ever more differential service to customers, and the search for possible M&A targets to strengthen the offer and grow in the market.
The executive adds that for Alkemy, Mexico is the main market for Hispanic LATAM and that at this moment they are focused on penetrating the national market. In relation to his incursion into the US, he indicates that they continue with the intention of growing the business they currently have (the Alkemy New York office works hand in hand with the one in Mexico). However, some signs of a slowdown in the market related to the possible US recession and global political uncertainty convinced them to wait a little longer for favorable conditions to strengthen said investment.
“At Alkemy we work to improve the positioning in the market and the competitiveness of large and medium-sized companies, stimulating the evolution of their business models in line with technological innovation and consumer behavior. Our corporate culture focused on EPIC values allows us to have talent that powerfully focuses its strategic, creative and technological knowledge: good people at what they do and good people to continually challenge their comfort zone.
